Our Story

Bones88 was founded with a clear-eyed view of what was missing in the Malaysian online gambling market. Players across Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, and Shah Alam were underserved — platforms were slow to pay out, support lines were unhelpful, and bonus structures were buried under pages of fine print designed to discourage rather than reward.

We set out to change that. Bones88 was built from the ground up as a platform where Malaysian players come first — in product design, in payment options, in the sports and games we offer, and in how we treat our community. From integrating Malaysia's most-used payment channels — Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank — to offering competitive Asian Handicap lines on Liga Super Malaysia and EPL matchdays, every decision we make is filtered through one question: does this work better for our Malaysian players?

"Our goal was never to be the biggest platform in the world. It was to be the most trusted platform in Malaysia — the one serious local players recommend to each other without hesitation."

Today, Bones88 serves players across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia with a full suite of sports betting, live dealer casino games, video slots, crash games, and more. Our sports coverage stretches from Liga Super Malaysia, the AFC Champions League, and English Premier League football all the way to UFC, Formula 1, NBA, and international cricket — all with real-time in-play markets and sharp odds that respect your knowledge of the game.

On the casino side, Bones88 offers hundreds of slot titles spanning high-RTP video slots, progressive jackpot games, and Asian-themed slots that resonate with Southeast Asian players. Our live dealer section streams professional Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo tables around the clock from licensed studios — because we know Malaysian players appreciate the feel of a real table, even through a screen.

Our Mission & Core Values

Everything we build at Bones88 is guided by a set of values that keep us accountable to the players who trust us with their time and money.

Integrity Above All

We operate with full transparency. Odds are never manipulated, bonus terms are written in plain English, and our payout records speak for themselves. If something is unclear, our support team explains it — not deflects it.

Player-First Design

Every feature on Bones88 — from the deposit flow to the withdrawal process to the VIP tier structure — was designed with real Malaysian player feedback. We ask, we listen, and we build accordingly.

Speed as a Standard

In a world where other platforms make you wait days for a withdrawal, Bones88 treats speed as a baseline expectation. E-wallet payouts in under 5 minutes. DuitNow transfers in under 15. Bank wires in under an hour. This is non-negotiable.

Responsible Gambling

We know gambling isn't right for everyone, and we take our duty of care seriously. Bones88 provides deposit limits, self-exclusion tools, session controls, and links to professional support resources — because looking after players is part of our core mission.

Rewarding Loyalty

Consistent players deserve consistent recognition. Our Bronze-to-Diamond VIP programme, birthday bonuses up to MYR 2,688, and referral rewards of MYR 38 per successful sign-up are our way of saying: we see you, and we value you.

Security You Can Rely On

256-bit SSL encryption protects every transaction on Bones88. Personal data is handled with strict internal controls. We do not sell user data. KYC processes exist to protect players, not to create unnecessary friction.

What Sets Bones88 Apart

These are the practical differences that matter to Malaysian players day in, day out — not marketing language, but real product decisions.

All Major Malaysian Payment Methods

Deposit and withdraw through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. No need to use overseas payment methods or workarounds — we built local support in from day one.

Sharp Asian Handicap Odds

Our sportsbook lines are tuned for the Asian betting market. Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and AFC Cup all carry competitive Asian Handicap and Over/Under markets. In-play betting is available throughout the match, with odds updated in real time.

Fully Mobile-Optimised

Whether you're watching the game at mamak in PJ, at your desk in KL Sentral, or catching the late kick-off from Johor Bahru — Bones88 works perfectly in your mobile browser. No app download required, no bloated installs, just smooth performance.

Crypto Payments Accepted

We support BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC for deposits. Crypto transactions carry lower platform fees, faster settlement, and come with an exclusive 2% crypto deposit bonus up to MYR 688. Privacy-conscious players appreciate the option.

Local Context, Global Standards

Bones88 speaks the local language — not literally, but in how we handle customer service, structure our promotions, and communicate with players. References to Klang Valley commute times, Ramadan bonus periods, and school holiday traffic — we get it because we're here too.

Human Support, Around the Clock

Our 24/7 support team handles everything from KYC document queries to bonus clarifications to withdrawal follow-ups. Live chat is the fastest channel. Email is available for complex account matters. Real responses from real people — no bot loops.

Our Commitment to Malaysian Players

Being genuinely committed to Malaysian players means more than just accepting ringgit. It means understanding the rhythms of Malaysian life — the football seasons that matter here, the payment methods people actually use, the types of casino games that resonate in Southeast Asian culture, and the trust signals that matter to a community that has historically been let down by offshore platforms that disappeared overnight with player funds.

Bones88 operates with the goal of being a long-term, recognisable name in Malaysian online entertainment. That means paying out every verified withdrawal request, maintaining transparent bonus terms, supporting responsible gambling tools for players who need them, and building a platform that improves based on real player feedback.

  • Deposits processed instantly — every time, across all supported payment methods.
  • Withdrawals processed within 60 minutes for the vast majority of requests.
  • Bonus terms written in plain, readable English — no hidden clauses or excessive wagering requirements.
  • A VIP programme that genuinely scales with player loyalty — from Bronze cashback to Diamond personal account management.
  • Responsible gambling tools available to all players — deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion — with no stigma attached to using them.
  • Strict data privacy standards — we do not sell or share personal information with third-party marketers.
  • Age verification enforced at account level — Bones88 is strictly for players aged 21 and above.

How We Got Here

Bones88 didn't emerge fully formed. It was built in stages, with each phase shaped by feedback from the Malaysian players who trusted us early. Here's how the platform evolved into what it is today.

Always Improving

Our product team reviews player feedback weekly. If something isn't working well for Malaysian users — a payment method, a withdrawal flow, a bonus structure — we flag it, discuss it, and fix it. The platform you see today is meaningfully different from the one we launched with, and that's the point.

Foundation
Platform Concept & Malaysian Market Research

The Bones88 concept was developed after extensive research into what Malaysian online bettors actually needed — specifically around payment reliability, payout speed, and local sports coverage. The core team committed to building a platform native to the Malaysian experience.

Early Growth
Sports Betting Launch & Malaysian Payment Integration

Bones88 launched its sports betting product with full integration of Malaysian payment channels including DuitNow, FPX, and major bank online portals. Liga Super Malaysia and EPL were the cornerstone sports markets from day one.

Expansion
Live Casino & Slots Rollout

The live dealer section — Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo — went live alongside an expanded slots catalogue. E-wallet support for Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay was added following strong player requests.

VIP Programme
Bronze-to-Diamond Tier Programme Introduced

Bones88 launched its full six-tier VIP programme, including birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and dedicated account management for Diamond and above. The programme was designed explicitly around feedback from loyal Malaysian players.

Today
Cryptocurrency Deposits & Ongoing Platform Improvements

Crypto deposits via BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC were introduced to serve privacy-conscious players and those preferring lower transaction fees. The platform continues to evolve with new game content, improved mobile performance, and tighter withdrawal processing times.

Play Responsibly. Bones88 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Gambling should be entertainment, not a financial strategy. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, please use our self-exclusion and deposit limit tools, or reach out for professional support.
