Welcome to Bones88. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Bones88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services provided through the Bones88 website, mobile interface, and any associated platforms operating under the domain bones88.cam.

By registering an account, accessing any feature, placing a bet, or transacting on Bones88, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

Bones88 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino, video slots, crash games, and related services. Our services are made available primarily to users located in Malaysia, and all monetary references herein default to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain a Bones88 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Bones88 does not accept registrations from individuals below this age under any circumstances.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with Bones88 or any affiliated gambling operator.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Bones88 or any of its affiliated entities.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the Bones88 platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that your account details, including contact information and payment methods, remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Promptly notifying Bones88 of any unauthorised access to or suspicious activity on your account.

Bones88 will never request your password through any channel. If you receive any unsolicited communication claiming to be from Bones88 and requesting your password or payment details, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team at [email protected] immediately.

Account credentials may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent account closure.

Bones88 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods for Malaysian users: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Maximum deposit limits per transaction may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.

All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your account, is strictly prohibited and may trigger a fraud investigation.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawing User must have completed KYC verification to Bones88's satisfaction prior to the first withdrawal, or at any point where Bones88 deems it necessary for compliance purposes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the account, where technically feasible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Bones88 targets the following withdrawal processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes and are not contractually guaranteed.
• Any real money balance that has not been subject to at least one deposit wager may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved.
• Bones88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for up to 7 business days where a security review, fraud investigation, or compliance check is ongoing.

Bones88 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time each offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each eligible player may claim each promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate accounts claiming the same promotion will have all associated bonuses and winnings voided.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds. Real money funds are used first in gameplay. Bonus funds become available once real money balance reaches zero, subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Any bonus funds remaining at expiry will be removed from the account balance without replacement.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports betting contribution rates are specified per offer.
• Bones88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any outstanding wagering requirements will be removed and any remaining bonus balance voided.
• Abnormal betting patterns, including but not limited to low-margin arbitrage, one-sided staking designed purely to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk, or exploitation of promotion mechanics, will result in bonus cancellation and may trigger an account review.

All sports bets placed on Bones88 are subject to the general betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. Specific rules governing Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Correct Score, and Outright markets are available within the Platform's help section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules applicable to that market.

Bets may be declared void (stakes returned) in the following circumstances:

• A sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, and does not resume within the time period specified in the applicable betting rules for that sport.
• An obvious pricing error occurs due to a technical fault, and Bones88 determines at its sole discretion that the odds displayed did not reflect the genuine market.
• A bet is placed after an event has already commenced, where the Platform erroneously accepted the wager as pre-match.
• A player, team, or competitor is subsequently found to have been ineligible to participate in the relevant event at the time of the bet.
• Bones88 has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome of the event was the subject of match-fixing or result manipulation.

Bones88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure all odds and data are accurate. However, the Platform shall not be liable for any losses arising from errors in data feeds, third-party data providers, or transmission failures. In cases of manifest error, Bones88 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bones88 platform. Bones88 maintains active monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity and reserves the right to act on its findings without prior notice to the User:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Bones88 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through patterned staking, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, poker, or any other competitive format.
• Use of automated systems: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking advantage of any technical glitch, software bug, or pricing error that results in artificially advantageous odds or payouts.
• Money laundering: Using Bones88 accounts to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of any unlawful activity. Bones88 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargeback fraud: Filing false chargeback claims with payment providers after receiving services or winnings from the Platform.

Bones88 may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct. Any funds in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. Bones88 reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies where appropriate.

Bones88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure maximum session durations. The Platform will provide a notification and offer the option to continue or log out when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period and cannot be reversed.

All content on the Bones88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bones88 or its licensed content providers. Such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, copying, or distribution of any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modification, reverse-engineering, or creation of derivative works based on Platform software or content.
• Use of any automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction tool on the Platform.
• Public display or broadcast of any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Bones88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bones88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party sports data, odds feeds, or game results provided by external suppliers.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers, including Malaysian banking institutions or e-wallet operators.

Bones88's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that User during the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

Bones88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• A chargeback or payment dispute filed against Bones88 by the User's payment provider.
• Self-exclusion request by the User or a third-party responsible gambling authority.
• Discovery that the User is, or was at any time, below 21 years of age.
• Extended account inactivity, defined as no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations or investigation holds) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC or compliance processes.

Bones88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes of material significance will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address registered on the account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure continued awareness of the current conditions governing Platform use.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration, the seat of which shall be determined by Bones88 in accordance with applicable regulations.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in an appropriate court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
